Congress party supporters mourn the death of Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, Chief Minister of the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, at the Congress party office in Hyderabad, India, Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009. Reddy and four other people were killed when their helicopter crashed in the dense jungles of southern India during a pounding rainstorm, the government announced Thursday.
